| "Before we bought the System 50 limescale eliminator we were planning to buy a new shower system, as during the winter we were having difficulty getting the water hot. We fitted the limescale eliminator, and a year later, we still have the same shower, and the water is piping hot. The water in our area is very hard, and it took a few months to clear the scale from the system, but now we are reaping the benefits of the limescale ...........The other thing that has made a big difference is the water filter. For years I have not been able to drink water without recoiling from smell of the additives, now I am actually enjoying drinking it.

| "On Monday 28th November I had cause to telephone your company to report a water filter that was replaced last January and had developed a fault.
How nice it was in this modern age to talk to somebody when the telephone was answered, which I add, was very prompt. The lady was very efficient and her voice so clear. All three lines were engaged so she offered to ring me back (most unusual) but within seconds a line became clear and I spoke to a gentleman who took my name and address details and informed me that as soon as these were verified a replacement would be sent and should arrive on Wednesday 30th November- that is what I call service!
On a previous occasion I required some tubing for the filter that had been moved in the process of fitting a new kitchen. This request was dealt with by the lady answering the telephone and was delivered within two days free of charge.
Once again may I congratulate you on the manner in which you treat your customers.

| "I purchased a Complete
House Water System 540 at the B.I.C. Bournemouth
on 5th Sept. 99. I then installed the system with ease and
we have been delighted with the results. As this is a hard
water area we have been very impressed by the lack of lime
scale on stainless steel, wash basins and kettle. My wife is
also delighted that her hair feels softer and that she seems
to use less soap, shampoo and detergents. I was very sceptical
at the price of the system at the time, but it has exceeded
all our expectations.

| System 40 Water Filter |
| "We have been using the System
40 Water Filter for the past month. It took just forty
five minutes to fit the complete system, including fitting
the tap. I have found that a great burden has lifted from our
household, no more messing about with awkward jugs and calculating
the number of fills! This must be how it felt when our forefathers
stopped using the well and the pump! My four year old daughter
can use the system without fear of spillage and can therefore
make her own drinks. The taste of the water remains as high
a quality as from the filter jugs, but gains that added chilled
factor the mains supply has, this has been of great benefit
during the recent hot spell. We have also been using filtered
water more in food preparation, where before there never seemed
to be enough jug filtered water. The whole family are thrilled
with the system and we have personally recommended it to our
friends. The cost of installation will roughly equal the cost
of buying replacement filters (and the odd jug) over the next
three years, after that we will be saving about thirty pounds

| "The water softener has
brought about dramatic improvements. Most noticeably is that
the water is now completely free from any lime scale. any residue
left around the washbasin or bath, taps are also cleaner and
the water runs freely. We have also noticed that we need less
detergent and softener in the washing machine. We are more than
satisfied with the results. Anyone living in an area where there
is hard water should consider fitting a system

Is it possible to download a copy of the installation instructions in French for the plumber. I am not sure my French is technical enough to translate accurately!
Can we get hold of the salt tablets easily in France? Are they standard or is there a special sort to ask for?

| "It is now six weeks since we fitted the Full
Descaling System that we purchased from you at the Ideal
Home Exhibition. I am writing to tell you how pleased we are
with this system, and have already noticed quite a difference
in the softness of the water. In fact I am constantly having
to remember to put less washing detergent in the washing machine
and use less soap and shampoo. The other marvellous thing is
that we no longer have "chalky" water whenever we
boil the kettle and have been able to dispose of our Water
Filter Jug.

| "Thank you for talking me into the System
40 water filter at the IAF last week. The difference in
the quality of the water is amazing. I have been using a jug
filter for the last two years and I must say that the System
40 makes life a lot easier! I have even noticed a change in
the quality of water from the jug filters to this new system.
This is probably due to the fact that the water is always fresh
from the tap whereas it has been standing in the jug for some
